What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
We are excited about the aggressive pro-business philosophy led by our state government. We view our biggest obstacle to growth as the instability of our economic infrastructure on the national scale. This forces business leaders to operate in a highly conservative mode, which, in turn, stifles growth.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?
We will continue to pursue new business opportunities while mainaining an intense focus on taking care of our existing customers.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
The outlook for the manufacturing industry (our customer base) in southeastern Wisconsin appears to be strong. We are bullish on the accompanying future of the warehousing and transportation industries.

Maintaining our focus on the key objectives of exceeding customer expectations, doing all we can do to take care of our team members and effectively managing costs has kept us on a path of steady growth.
