Milwaukee M&A advisory firm Cleary Gull has completed the sale of Hi-Tech Manufacturing LLC to May River Capital LLC.
Hi-Tech is based in Schiller Park, Ill. The company manufactures highly engineered precision machined components and assemblies for the energy, medical scientific laboratory and industrial end markets. It was a portfolio company of Longview Capital Partners II LLC in Evanston, Ill.
May River Capital, an independent private investment firm in Chicago, teamed up with company management, the Pohlad family, Yukon Capital Partners L.P. and other investors to complete the deal.
