Today, it is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing, windows, siding and gutter materials, reporting $15 billion in revenues last year and employing 15,000.

Brad Binkowski co-founded real estate development firm Urban Land Interests in 1974 with Thomas Neujahr. Its focus since has been on attracting employers, developing housing, preserving historic properties and creating new architecture in urban areas.
