Metro Milwaukee home sales up 7.8% in June
The number of home sales in the four-county metro Milwaukee area increased by 7.8 percent in June, compared to June of 2012, to 1,925 sales, according to the latest report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors (GMAR).
Pair of homes sold for Mequon Town Center site assembly
Milwaukee-based WiRED Properties recently purchased two homes at 11229 N. Cedarburg Road, Mequon, from Mequon-based Shaffer Development LLC for $812,967. The deal is part of the site assembly for the mixed-use Mequon Town Center project that WiRED plans to build northwest of Mequon and Cedarburg roads in Mequon.
