Pewaukee office building sold for $4.4 million
Madison-based Sara Investment Real Estate LLC purchased the three-story, 53,626-square-foot Squires III Office Center building at N19 W24075 Riverwood Drive, Pewaukee, from Brookfield-based Palmisano Companies Ltd. for $4.4 million, according to state records.
Nehrings take over Downer Avenue Sendik’s store
John and Anne Nehring, the owners of Nehring's Sendik's in Shorewood, G. Groppi Food Market in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood, Nehring's Family Market at the Milwaukee Public Market and V. Richard's in Brookfield, have taken over the Sendik's grocery store at 2643 N. Downer Ave. on Milwaukee's East Side.
Senior living development planned in Glendale
Eden Prairie, Minn.-based New Perspective Senior Living announced that it plans to build a senior living community in Glendale.
The development will be built in Estabrook Corporate Park next to the Orthopedic Hospital of Wisconsin (475 W. River Woods Pkwy) and the River Woods Urgent Care Center. The site provides views of the Milwaukee River and Estabrook Park.
