Milwaukee-based Alterra Coffee announced that it will open a new café this summer at 225 E. St. Paul Ave. in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.

Hotel and restaurant at former Pabst brewery to open in mid-April
Brewhouse Inn & Suites, the hotel that is under construction at the former Pabst brewery in downtown Milwaukee, and a restaurant in that hotel, will open in mid-April, said Ted Matkom of Gorman & Company, which is developing the hotel in the fromer Pabst Brew House and Mill House buildings northwest of Juneau Avenue and North 10th Street.
