Veit gets demolition contract for Northwestern Mutual building

Park Place Wells Fargo building sold for $26 million

Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust, recently purchased the 240,675-square-foot Wells Fargo Home Mortgage office building located at 11200 W. Parkland Ave. in Milwaukee from Columbia Property Trust (formerly known as Wells REIT II) for $26 million, according to state records.

Mayfair Road office building sold for $1.1 million

Mequon-based Midland Management LLC recently purchased the 22,515-square-foot office building at 2835 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, from Cedarburg-based Sterling Hasey Company for $1.1 million, according to state records.

Shoppes at Wyndham Village in Franklin sold for $12.8 million

Northbrook, Ill.-based Cloverleaf Group recently purchased the Shoppes at Wyndham Village shopping center in Franklin from an affiliate of Greenwich, Conn.-based Starwood Capital Group for $12.8 million, according to state records.
