Boerke moves office to larger downtown space
Milwaukee-based real estate brokerage firm The Boerke Company Inc. has moved its offices out of the 411 E. Wisconsin Ave. building to a larger space at 731 N. Jackson St.
Design Center building sold for $1 million
The 104-year-old Design Center building, located at 1119-25 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee was sold recently by BMO Harris Bank to Fransville, Wis.-based 1119 N. Water LLC for $1.07 million, according to state records.
New Berlin Holiday Inn Express sold for $4.15 million
Eden Prairie, Minn.-based The Timm Corp. recently purchased the Holiday Inn Express hotel at 15451 W. Beloit Road in New Berlin from Whitewater-based Hotel and Conference Center LLP for $4.15 million, according to state records.
Irgens buys Ruby Farm site for $10.17 million
Wauwatosa-based commercial real estate firm Irgens recently purchased the 66-acre Ruby Farms site in Brookfield for $10.17 million, according to state records. The property is located north of I-94 west of Calhoun Road and south of Bluemound Road.
