Waukesha apartment complex to provide affordable housing
U.S. Bank, MSP Development and Movin’ Out have closed on $7.2 million of federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity for the $10.9 million construction of Meadow Ridge Apartments, a new mixed-income housing complex in Waukesha. The project is scheduled to be completed throughout the spring and summer of next year.

Walker to keynote NAIOP-CARW market update next week

The Corners to bring new stores and restaurants to Waukesha County
The Marcus Corp. today announced several tenants for The Corners, the 460,000-square-foot mixed use development that it plans to build at I-94, Barker Road and Bluemound Road in the Town of Brookfield. Most of the tenants will be opening their first locations in Waukesha County, and several will be opening their first locations in the state.

Associated Bank plans to build a new 3,011-square-foot bank branch building with a drive-through window at 1301 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., just north of the Park East corridor in downtown Milwaukee.
