Wauwatosa-based real estate development firm Irgens sold the Actuant Corp. corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls for $15.37 million, according to state records. The transaction was recorded on Monday, Jan. 6.
Hartland shopping center sold for $3.2 million
Mequon-based Devo Properties recently purchased a 65,000-square-foot shopping center northwest of Hartbrook Drive and Merton Avenue, just north of Highway 16, in Hartland for $3.2 million, according to state records. The shopping center was sold by Madison-based Hartbrook Mall Associates LLP.
