Physicians Realty Trust reports net loss

Milwaukee-based Physicians Realty Trust today reported a net loss of $3.6 million, or 15 cents per share, down from a loss of $301,000 in the first quarter of 2013 for its predecessor company.

Redevelopment project to create apartments above Mo’s Irish Pub downtown

A proposed redevelopment project for the Posner Building, located at 152 W. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee, would create 105 apartments and “extensive retail space,” according to an announcement from the City of Milwaukee.
