The funds will be used to endow the center's executive directorship.

MADISON – UW-Madison real estate center gets $2 million gift from Mark Irgens

Milwaukee real estate developer and UW-Madison alumnus Mark Irgens has made a $2 million gift to advance the academic mission of the university’s James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.

New building planned in Oak Creek for Stella and Chewy’s

Stella & Chewy’s LLC, a producer of natural pet food for dogs and cats, plans to move its operations from Milwaukee to a new 160,000-square-foot industrial building that is planned in the OakView Business Park in Oak Creek, according to sources.

Redeveloped former foundry in Walker’s Point sold

Muskego-based SDI Holding Co. LLC purchased the two-story, 9,300-square-foot building at 170 S. 1st St. in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood for $1.15 million, according to state records.

Zilber sells two area buildings to Minnesota firm for $12.7 million

Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd. recently sold a pair of industrial buildings in the Milwaukee area to Minneapolis-based Founders Properties LLC for $12.7 million, according to state records.
