Stephen Bablitch, Aurora Health Care's chief of strategic business affairs has sold his home at 4762 N. Lake Drive in Whitefish Bay for $1.4 million. The property has an assessed value of $1.5 million, according to Milwaukee County records.

The Milwaukee County Research Park Corporation (MCRPC) has issued a request for proposal for two commercial/retail development lots totaling about 3 acres at Research Park in Wauwatosa.
