New Berlin industrial building sold for $1.17 million

Jon Teraoka, the owner of W.I.S. Logistics and the Milwaukee area branch of Mainfreight Inc., recently purchased a 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 5600 S. Westridge Road in New Berlin for $1.17 million. Mike Judson of Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates represented Teraoka in brokering the deal.

Wisconsin economy continues sluggish growth

The Wisconsin economy is expanding at a somewhat sluggish pace and has struggled to gather any sustained momentum given declining factory activity, according to the State Monitor report released by BMO Capital Markets Economics.
