HSA pays $7.6 million for Plaza 173

Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate bought the 92,000-square-foot Plaza 173 shopping center at 17300 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield from Bethesda, Md.-based CW Capital for $7.6 million, according to state records.

Brookfield Chuck E Cheese’s building sold for $3.3 million

Chicago-based Brauvin Real Estate recently purchased the 19,800-square-foot Chuck E. Cheese’s building on a 3.7-acre site at 19125 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield, for $3.345 million from CEC Brookfield, according to state records.

Irgens sells four Milwaukee area medical office buildings for $34 million

Wauwatosa-based real estate development firm Irgens last week sold four medical office buildings in the Milwaukee area to Rochester, N.Y.-based Broadstone Real Estate LLC for nearly $34 million, according to state records.
