Irgens sells Brookfield medical office bulding for $7.6 million

Brookfield-based investor Sherwood Manor VI LLC purchased a 22,500-square-foot medical office building at 13800 North Ave., Brookfield, from Wauwatosa-based commercial real estate firm Irgens for $7,613,069.
