Missouri firm acquires MiTek Industries

Developer buys Kenosha land for $17.5 million for Amazon center
New York-based private equity firm KTR Capital Partners recently purchased 158 acres of land along Interstate 94 in Kenosha, where it plans to build a 1 million-square-foot distribution center for Seattle-based Amazon.com Inc., according to state records.
