A retail building at 3910 75th St. in Kenosha, occupied by a Starbucks café and a EZ Pay store, was sold recently for $1.3 million, according to state records.

Kohl’s Corp. has returned the 103-acre site where it had planned to build a new 900,000-square-foot corporate headquarters campus in the Woodland Prime Office Park to the village of Menomonee Falls. The company transferred the property to the village in a deal recorded Monday that was worth almost $10 million, according to state records.
