Modine secures coils business with major appliance manufacturer
Racine-based thermal management product manufacturer Modine Manufacturing Co. has been awarded business supplying round tube plate fin coils to a major North American appliance manufacturer.
MTE investing, expanding in Menomonee Falls
MTE Corp. announced it is increasing the capacity of its 44,000-square-foot Menomonee Falls headquarters by 20 percent and investing more than $500,000 in improvements. MTE is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-efficiency electrical power quality solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
REIT buys Waukesha Foundry building for $11.2 million
An affiliate of STORE Capital, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based real estate investment trust, purchased the 230,000-square-foot Waukesha Foundry building at 1300 Lincoln Ave. in Waukesha for $11.2 million, according to state records.
