Design-build contractor becomes Total Mechanical after acquisition

Pewaukee-based Total Comfort of Wisconsin has changed its name to Total Mechanical, following the company's recent acquisition of Lombard Electric, a full-service electrical contractor based in Waukesha.

Second law firm files class-action suit against MGIC

New York-based Brualdi Law Firm P.C., filed a class action lawsuit against Milwaukee-based MGIC Investment Corp. late last week, the second such suit in recent weeks.

ISB Community Bank to open new branch in Delafield

Ixonia-based ISB Community Bank recently broke ground on a new, 3,280-square-foot branch under construction at N46 W31067 Highway 16 in Delafield. The new branch is expected to be open for business by Nov. 1.

Heritage Printing to acquire Waukesha firm

Robert Wendt and Greg Mierow, owners of Brookfield-based Heritage Printing, will purchase Graphics Factory Inc., a Waukesha-based specialty printer on May 30.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
