Tailored Label Products Inc. of Menomonee Falls has acquired the label products division of Norcross, Ga.-based Stratix Corp.

Nashotah-based Dickten Masch Plastics (DMP), a thermoplastics and thermoset manufacturer with metal stamping and assembly capabilities, has acquired Nyloncraft Inc., a technical plastics manufacturer based in Mishawaka, Ind.

Milwaukee-based Brady Corp. reported fiscal fourth quarter net income of $11.7 million, or 22 cents per share, down from $29.6 million, or 55 cents per share, in the same period a year ago.
