Busch expands team

Milwaukee industrial machining company Busch Precision Inc. has hired seven new employees so far this year.

Busch is working to expand its local client relations while meeting an increasing demand in the industrial segment.

It can prove difficult to find good talent in the manufacturing industry, so the company has used unique recruiting techniques to find the new hires.

Busch has participated in local job fairs, online solicitation and used industry recruiters. It has also received support from the Waukesha-Ozaukee-Washington Workforce Development Board’s On-the-Job Training assistance and partnered with local technical colleges to offer an active work-study program.

The company has hired two repair build professionals, two machinists, one programmer, an HR manager and a customer relations manager this year.

Busch President Mike Mallwitz plans to hire another six machinists and four machine repair rebuild technicians in the next year.

Busch specializes in large, unique, tight tolerance machining projects and equipment maintenance, repair and rebuild services.
