What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"MWF run 2-3 miles Tu Th 30 minutes of super slow high intensity muscle conditioning at Evolution Fitness and Spine Weekends Ski in Winter or golf in Summer."
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"I have been able to recover from a serious illness in a shorter period of time. I have more energy during the day and have a positive outlook for the time invested. I also have inspired others to be health conscience while practicing what I preach as an advior/consultant to companies in managing their health care cost while structuring and communicating benefits and wellness initiatives."
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"I influence my coworkers in our office with my healthy habits, approach business with greater enthusiasm and energy by simply the manner in which I conduct my life and manage my time. My personal body fat is 21% which for a 51 year old male is good however my goal is to reverse some trends and target a 17% body fat which can be done safely."

"We have a positive environment where people feel positive about their ability to control their future both their health and other aspects."
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Understand the long term benefits personally,corporately, financially and culturally. If you want people to feel good about the company they work for, have the company be the reason their employees feel good about their personal health. It impacts quality of life, affordablity of benefits and the effectiveness of the Team responsible for the success of the company."
