Bukow is new president of Provade

Provade Inc., a Milwaukee-based provider of enterprise Vendor Management System development for global contingent workforce spend management, has named Hans Bukow as president and promoted Tom Rumberg to the role of chief technology officer.

Bukow joins Provade with more than 25 years of industry experience. Rumberg was Provade’s vice president of technology before being promoted to the role of CTO.

“Hans is a strong industry veteran, whose track record of innovation, entrepreneurship and tangible business growth is a true asset to the Provade leadership team. Tom’s expertise will help Provade continue to broaden their technology footprint,” said Nina Vaca, chairman of the board for Provade. “Their depth of experience and breadth of knowledge in the VMS space will make significant contributions to Provade’s strategic direction and the value they deliver to customers.”

“Provade’s established technology and innovative product development processes provide a strong foundation for global growth,” Bukow said. “Provade VMS, Provade Mobile and our standalone Identity Management solution are ideally suited for organizations that require adaptable technology to manage their overall spend. With a focus on creative development and strategy, our suite of products will offer additional features to support companies as they adjust to an increasingly contingent workforce.”

Bukow replaces previous Edward Jackson as president. Jackson is stepping down after a decade of leadership. Jackson will remain an advisor and independent board member with Provade.
