“We welcome the employees of EBI and OS2U to the Complete Office family,” said Ron Beam, chief executive officer and co-owner of Complete Office of Wisconsin. “This acquisition and newly combined organization is another step towards our goal of furthering our distribution capabilities throughout the Western U.S. We believe there is a real market need for a company offering high touch, customized service at competitive prices to customers in all market segments.”

Jeff Budelier and Bob Andersen, co-owners of EBI and OS2U, said in a joint statement, “Complete Office of Wisconsin was the best fit for our employees and customers as they have the same commitment to quality service, competitive pricing and the value of a knowledgeable and professional staff.” Andersen will stay with the newly combined company as president of EBI, a position he has maintained for several successful years.
