*Thursday, May 22, the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce will hold a “Business After 5” networking event at YogAsylum, located at 3815 N. Brookfield Rd., Suite 101, in Brookfield. *Tuesday, June 3, the Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation will hold its 2014 annual meeting. The meeting will highlight the food and beverage manufacturing industry and its influence on Waukesha County’s economic vitality. The meeting, catering to business leaders, will include networking, hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, exhibits of area companies in food and beverage manufacturing, and a culinary challenge between two Waukesha County restaurants. The meeting will run from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, located at 19805 W. Capitol Dr. in Brookfield. *Wednesday, June 4, Savvy Panda and the Business Marketing Association will host Inbound Marketing Day at Potawatomi Bingo Casino, located at 1721 W. Canal St. in Milwaukee. The day-long conference shines a light on tactics and best practices for digital and inbound marketing with insight from industry experts and community speakers. Conference sessions will address topics such as the science of inbound marketing, approaches to video marketing, and ways to measure ROI with inbound marketing. *Wednesday, June 4, the Milwaukee Press Club will host a Newsmaker Luncheon featuring a conversation between Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele and a panel of Milwaukee journalists. Abele will address several topics, including the future of the county’s entertainment venues, the impact of county minimum wage ordinance, and the future of the county’s parks and transit systems. The Press Club’s Newsmaker Luncheons are open to the public and are held to create dialogue on important city issues. The June 4 event will run from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Newsroom Pub, 137 E. Wells St. in downtown Milwaukee. Cost is $18 for Press Club members, $23 for non-members, and $13 for students. *Wednesday, June 11, the South Suburban Chamber of Commerce will hold a chamber networking breakfast.
