  • Thursday, May 20 Creativity Works!, the Milwaukee Regional Creativity Economy Project, will host a creative networking event at CLEAR in the Intercontinental Hotel, 139 E.   • Friday, May 21 The professional association of design (AIGA) will host Design to the Rescue: Moving the masses one design at a time at Discovery World Pier Wisconsin, 500 N. Harbor Drive from 6 to 10 p.m. Michael Lejeune, creative director for the in-house agency of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority will be the guest attendee at the event. The event will focus on how Lejeune and his team were able to change the way people thought about mass transit possibilities through design. All attendees are eligible for a variety of door prizes. Cost to attend is $15 for AIGA student members, $20 for AIGA members and $40 for nonmembers. All ticket prices increase $10 at the door. To register click here

  • Friday. May 21 The Milwaukee Art Museum will host its MAM after Dark: Comfort event from 5 p.m. until midnight. MAM After Dark is Milwaukee’s premier after-hours art and social event, with opportunities to see the exhibitions, the Photo Booth, the DIY Studio, music, food, cocktails and special theme-related programming. Admission is $12 at the door or $6 plus fees  in advance admission at www.mam.org/afterdark or free for Museum Members.

  • Monday, June 21 Wisconsin Lutheran High School will host its 20th annual Friends of Wisco Golf Outing at Evergreen Golf Club in Elkhorn.
