Waukesha State Bank announced that its board of directors promoted Paula Brierton to president of its payroll services division, Payroll Complete.

In her new position, Brierton will be responsible for new business development, customer relations and servicing, and new product development and implementation. She also will manage the division’s daily operations and oversee its employees.
