Milwaukee Brewers leftfielder Ryan Braun has purchased a luxury condominium in the Kilbourn Tower building in downtown Milwaukee, according to real estate transaction records filed with the state Department of Revenue.
According to the state filing, Braun purchased unit 2102 in Kilbourn Tower for $635,500. The property transfer was recorded on Wednesday, May 1.
Kilbourn Tower is a 33-story condominium tower, built in 2005 at 923 E. Kilbourn Ave. at the southwest corner of Kilbourn and Prospect avenues. The building is just north of the University Club Tower.

According to the state filing, the condo was purchased by Ryan Joseph Braun Separate Property Trust of Granada Hill, Calif. from Kilbourn Tower 2100 LLC.
