Bradley Corp. breaks ground for Germantown plant

Menomonee Falls-based Bradley Corp. will hold a groundbreaking ceremony this morning to celebrate the start of construction of a 190,000-square-foot plant at N106 W13500 Bradley Way, Germantown, in the Germantown Business Park.

Bradley Corp. is a manufacturer of plumbing fixtures, restroom accessories and emergency equipment.

The plant is expected to be operational by early 2012. About 100 employees will work in the facility. It will replace the company’s plant at 7020 W. Parkland Ct., Milwaukee, which will be closed.

The company said the new plant may be expanded in the future to more than 300,000 square feet.

“In recent years, our industry has been suffering for the most part, but Bradley has continued to design and manufacture pioneering products that have led the industry for 90 years,” said Jon Dommisse, director of marketing and product development for Bradley Corp.
