BMO Harris Bank to sponsor Broadway

Organizations:

BMO Harris Bank will serve as a multi-year title sponsor for the Broadway at the Marcus Center series, according to an announcement made by the bank and The Marcus Center on Wednesday.

The sponsorship follows BMO Harris Bank’s announcement that it will sponsor the Milwaukee Ballet’s holiday performance of “The Nutcracker” this winter.

“We’ve been a strong supporter of local arts initiatives as they are essential to creating strong communities,” said Kara Kaiser, regional president of BMO Harris Bank. “The Marcus Center has a deep history in bringing enriching performances to Milwaukee, which is why we are an advocate of Broadway at the Marcus Center Series.”

Corporate sponsorships like the one secured by BMO Harris Bank are critical to the Broadway series, said Paul Mathews, president and chief executive officer of the Marcus Center.

“We are thrilled that BMO Harris Bank has chosen to sponsor the Marcus Center’s Broadway Series,” Mathews said. “We truly appreciate their continued support.”

Past productions include “Les Miserables,” “West Side Story,” “The Lion King,” “Wicked,” “Mamma Mia,” and “The Producers.”

Performances are held at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, located at 929 N. Water St. in Milwaukee.
