Patient Care

Milwaukee-based Patient Care, a national advocacy company that helps employees navigate the health care system, recently passed the 1 million member mark. “We’re in our ninth year as a company, and our membership has grown exponentially in the past 3 years,” said Jane Cooper, Patient Care’s president and CEO. “We credit an increased awareness about health care and consumerism, as well as a strong partnership with Assurant Health, for the growth.” During the last three years, patient care has expanded its office twice to accommodate its additional employees and has also created a consumerism department to handle all the requests for health care transparency in the market.
