Brookfield-based Concurrency Inc. has earned a 2012 Microsoft Content Management Partner of the Year Award.
The company was selected from among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
The Content Management Partner of the Year Award recognizes Microsoft partners that have excelled in offering breakthrough content management solutions. Awards were presented in multiple categories, with winners chosen from nearly 3,000 entrants worldwide.

Their expertise in building and maintaining SharePoint solutions helps customers leverage information and get more value from their IT investments,” said Kirk Gregersen, general manager, Microsoft Office Division.
Community Bark Dog Wash & Coffee Bar recently opened its second store, in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood. Community Bark, one of the nation’s only dog wash and coffee bars, opened its first store in Bayside in 2009. It offers dog washing and grooming, dog training, as well as the opportunity for its customers to congregate and sip Alterra coffee in the dog-friendly “Barker Lounge.” Community Bark Bay View is one of the key retail tenants in new Dwell Bay View building, the 70-unit apartment building recently opened on the corner of South Kinnickinnic Avenue and Conway Avenue.
Community Bark Bay View has a state-of-the-art bathing facility, with five step-in wash tubs and professional grooming dryers. It has a staff of 11 full and part-time employees.
Fond du Lac–based marine engine manufacturer Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corp., has named Milwaukee-based GS Design it’s agency of record. GS Design will be responsible for the creation and execution of a refreshed global brand for the 70-year-old company.
GS Design previously served as Mercury Marine’s digital partner. In its new role as agency of record, GS Design will develop brand strategy and create campaigns for broadcast, print, and out-of-home, as well as digital, direct mail, and social media.
