What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?

Running, weight lifting, swimming, and biking. Daily fitness activities are geared toward training for triathlons.

Home fitness equipment and weight sets.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?

Fitness regime maintains health, increases energy level, and allows me to continue to participate in a variety of sports and recreational activities.

How does personal fitness affect your work life?

Noon hour workouts increase my energy level and alertness at work.
