What has fueled your company’s growth?

“Customer driven focus on quality product and service while structuring growth for financial longevity to provide job security and a great environment for employees.”

What has been the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?

“Facilitating communication between those that would benefit daily from our software with the C-level spending authorities.”

Do you have any planned changes for your company in the coming months?

“Cultivate open distribution channel for the first time. Move from a sole distributor to channel and acquire additional distributors and resellers.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? What traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?

“Rather than single out particular individuals, we’d rather highlight the type of person we admire. Those who looked at a recession and down economy not as crippling revenue declines or the end of their business, but instead as a unique opportunity to harness the creative capability of their team to reach previously unreachable markets. Those who thrive in spite of adversity are definitely to be admired and are who we thought of while trying to do the same.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?

“The industry is steadily re-gaining its bearings and slowly moving in the right direction. We had our highest revenue year ever in the midst of the recession due to the cost-saving nature of the software. The recession caused institutions to re-evaluate their fundamental Systems management which is where we come in to play.”

What has been your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?

“Increase marketing in a down economy and invest more time and effort to connect with difficulties IT management is having. They need to do more with less and we can make that possible. But understanding their individual needs is essential.”

Congratulations from the strategic partners behind Big Bang LLC
