Lisa Mrozinski, total rewards manager of benefits and first vice president of Milwaukee-based Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc., will help local employers and human resource directors learn how to launch and develop a robust employee wellness program at the upcoming Humana Wellness Council to be presented by BizTimes Media.
Mrozinski will share insights about how the investment firm launched the program and expanded it, as well as the positive impacts the program has had on the company and its employees. Mrozinski is a member of the board of directors of the Wellness Council of Wisconsin.
As the Affordable Care Act is implemented, employers’ vested stakes in the health and well-being of their employees will be greater than ever.
To address this growing concern, the Wellness Summit will provide the latest and greatest information to enhance employee wellness.
BizTimes invites employers and human resource directors to bring their employees to the conference, which will feature experts in various realms of wellness, including: cardiocare; exercise and fitness; nutrition; and emotional and mental health.
“A healthy workforce is a productive workforce. Attending this conference will be an investment in that workforce,” said BizTimes publisher Dan Meyer. “I invite all employers in southeastern Wisconsin to bring some of their key performers to hear the latest, greatest best practices for wellness. Your people deserve no less.”
Employers are invited to make attending the conference part of their ongoing employee wellness program.
In addition to Mrozinski, the experts who will share wellness insights at the BizTimes Wellness Summit include:
* Cardiocare – Cardiologist Bijoy K. Khandheria, M.D., Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. He is a former president of the American Society of Echocardiography. Khandheria will share the latest scientific knowledge about how to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease.
