Jalin Phelps, Principal/Operations, JCP Construction

Jalin Phelps has more than 20 years of construction industry experience. As Principal/Operations, Jalin is a critical component of the JCP Construction leadership, positively impacting the company’s bottom line through planning, directing, and coordinating operations. He is responsible for ensuring every project is expedited and completed with the utmost quality and to the satisfaction of clients. Jalin serves on the Northcott Neighborhood House Board, also serving as Building Committee Chair, and he holds a position on the Village of Brown Deer Plan Commission.
