Aurora clinic building in St. Francis sold for $13.3 million

North Carolina-based investor buys another Aurora building

A medical office building that houses an Aurora Health Care clinic in St. Francis has been sold for $13.3 million, according to state records.

The 4-acre property at 2000 E. Layton Ave. was recently sold by Milwaukee-based Lakeside Commercial LLP to a Charlotte, North Carolina-based investor ARHC WIGNFWI01 LLC.

Milwaukee County assesses the property at $8.3 million.

The building houses urgent care, sports health services and pharmacy services, and Advocate Aurora Health affiliate ACL Laboratories.

The same investor also recently bought the Aurora Health Center building at 4448 W. Loomis Road in Greenfield for $11 million from Milwaukee-based Badger Investment Group LLC, according to state records. That property is assessed at about $6.6 million, according to county records.
