Anderson Roethle Inc., a Milwaukee-based mergers and acquisitions and valuations firm, has launched a consulting practice based on crisis and turnaround consulting. The new division was launched both because of current economic conditions and requests from contacts in the financial services sector, said Stanley Johnson, president of the company.
"In these challenging times many businesses are in a survival mode because major customers are weakened, operating costs are out of alignment with revenues, and credit policies have tightened," Johnson said. "We have the necessary consulting skills and hands-on operational experience to assist owners and managers who have not faced such situations before. Additionally, we are able to provide banks and others stakeholders, an opinion whether there are viable solutions available to a company, and to recommend, develop and execute an action plan.”
Anderson Roethle has six professionals working in its offices in Milwaukee and Houston. Its professionals have worked in industries such as manufacturing services, distribution, trucking, metal stamping and fabrication, foundries, injection molding, machine tools, office products, health care services, foods and beverages, cosmetics and toiletries, fine chemicals, furniture, metal plating and coating, consumer products, and information technology.
