Actuant names executives

Menomonee Falls-based diversified industrial company Actuant Corp. has announced two executive appointments.

Brian Kobylinski has been named executive vice president, industrial segment and China. Kobylinski enters the newly created role to give enhanced focus to the expansion of the industrial segment and develop and accelerate China growth strategies for the whole company. He has been at Actuant for 20 years and led the growth of the energy and industrial segments from a collective $440 million in 2007 to more than $750 million in 2012.

Sheri Roberts-Updike has been named executive vice president, energy segment. She most recently served as president of valves and controls and LP, vice president and general manager of global oil and gas at Tyco International. She also has more than 20 years of experience at Royal Dutch Shell, including general manager, Americas for Shell Chemical Company and CEO of Shell Mauritius Ltd.
