Keith Rozolis, president and chief executive officer of Beloit-based ABC Supply Co. Inc., will speak at the Jan. 29 Northern Trust Economic Trends Breakfast on what lies ahead in the housing market, as well as the latest trends in logistics. The event will be held at the Italian Conference Center in Milwaukee.
ABC Supply is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing in the United States and one of the nation’s largest distributors of siding, windows and other select exterior building products, tools and related supplies.
Approximately 99 percent of ABC Supply’s sales are to professionals, including builders, remodeling contractors and contractors specializing in roofing, siding, windows and other exterior building products.
Since its founding by Ken and Diane Hendricks in 1982, ABC Supply has become a national organization with more than 460 branches and other facilities in 45 states. Its Milwaukee-area locations include West Allis, Jackson, Hartland, Burlington and Kenosha.
ABC Supply has announced several acquisitions in the last couple of months.
The company said in early January that it acquired the assets of Wameling Drywall Corp., a New York-based single-location distributor of exterior building products, wallboard and insulation.
In late 2014, ABC Supply acquired the assets of Siding World, a Detroit-based distributor of siding and other exterior building products, and it acquired Standard Roofings Inc., a distributor of roofing materials and other exterior building products in New Jersey.
Also in 2014, ABC Supply opened branches in Omaha, Neb.; Nampa, Idaho; North Clarendon, Vt.; and Charleston, W.Va.
Rozolis joined ABC Supply in 1999 as vice president of strategic marketing and planning. He went on to serve as senior vice president, executive vice president and chief operating officer before he became president and chief executive officer.
Prior to joining the company, Rozolis worked for Bridgestone/Firestone and its predecessor, Firestone Tire & Rubber Co., and for Maaco Enterprises.
