Brookfield-based Hammes Co. is planning a five-story office building at the northeast corner of Knapp and Water Streets in downtown Milwaukee that will be the company’s new corporate headquarters. Phase one of the $30 million project includes the 94,000-square-foot office building, with a 360-stall parking structure that will be connected to the building along Market Street.
