Independent Printing Co. Inc., De Pere, acquired PrimaGraphics Inc. of Green Bay, effective Monday.
PrimaGraphics, to operate as PrimaGraphics a division of Independent Checks, will remain at 2461 Larsen Road and retain its organizational structure. Dennis Dickinson, former owner of PrimaGraphics, will remain with the company.
