SBA’s Disaster Loan Outreach Center will close Friday

Due to a steady decrease in activity, the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Loan Outreach Center in the Milwaukee Department of Public Works, 3850 N. 35th St., will close at 6 p.m. Friday.

The SBA urges businesses, homeowners and renters affected by the storms that occurred July 20-24 to visit the center to learn about available disaster assistance.

The filing deadline to return applications for physical property damage is November 17, 2010. The deadline to return economic injury applications is June 20, 2011.

Business loan applications can also be downloaded from the SBA website at www.sba.gov/services/disasterassistance. Completed applications should be returned to one of the Centers or mailed to: U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155.
