Waukesha industrial building sells for $600,000
Tybecca LLC purchased a 17,803-square-foot industrial building at 1230-60 S. West Ave., Waukesha, from the estate of Duane E. Warren for $600,000. Brian Parrish of The Dickman Company represented the buyer and Adam Matson and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial represented the seller. “We put it on the market and had it under contract with a full price offer within a week,” Garceau said.
