This yearโ€™s festival platter also offers foodies the one-of-a-kind WisCONEsin from Water Street Brewery. The meaty item consists of a pretzel cone packed with German Rotkohl, chicken schnitzel, a potato pancake wedge, crispy cinnamon apple straws Water Street Brewery Oktoberfest reduction. While itโ€™s a challenge to devour gracefully, each bite is worth the mess.
