What has fueled your company’s growth? “Our growth has been driven by word of mouth from satisfied customers. This was brought about by our extraordinary team of associates who walk the talk every single day when it comes to delivering on our mission statement: exceed customer expectations always. Do the job right the first time. Do it well. Do it safely.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “We are excited about the aggressive pro-business philosophy led by our state government. We believe our biggest obstacle to growth comes from the uncertainty of our national economic infrastructure. This uncertainty and fragile state of the economy is forcing business leaders to operate in a highly conservative mode. Business organizations are reluctant to hire and to make capital investments. Growth is a casualty in this environment.”
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “We respect and admire all business owners who have managed to first survive and then grow while creating jobs in a tremendously challenging business climate. To all these people we say: You did build it and we’re a better community because of your efforts.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “The success of our industry is driven by the high velocity of goods moving through the supply chain. We believe the manufacturing base in southeast Wisconsin will remain strong and keep the supply chain full.”
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “Our strategy for rising out of the recession was based on superior customer service, taking great care of our team of associates who services these customers, and effectively managing costs.”
