A loan servicer seized the Hotel Indigo in the Gold Coast nearly two years after filing to foreclose on the 165-room hotel.
An affiliate of Miami Beach, Fla.-based LNR Partners LLC took over the property at 1244 N. Dearborn Parkway after a May sheriff’s sale that valued the hotel at $17.8 million, $10.8 million less than the $28.6 million owed on the building, county records show.
