Less than two months after buying one hotel off Michigan Avenue, a California investor is coming back for more.
Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. says it has agreed to buy the 357-room Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile for $91.8 million, or $257,000 a room.
