After weighing apartments vs. condominiums for a West Loop property, Chicago-based developer JRG Capital Partners LLC is taking the condo route, encouraged by strong sales and limited competition in the neighborhood.
A JRG venture has signed a contract to buy a development site at Adams and Aberdeen streets where the developer plans 44 three-bedroom condos, said JRG Principal Harry Huzenis. If successful, he could build 25 more.
